Shipping Policy
- Monday – Saturday: Orders will be dispatched on the same day or the very next day depending on order timing via TCS Shipping.
- Sunday & National Holiday: Orders received will be dispatched to the very next working day.
- Delivery timing is between 3 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). Mostly We Deliver next Day Across Punjab and in 2 days Across other Provinces
Refund-Return Policy
- (nexto.com.pk) will strictly follow the policy to supply according to the order specifications of Valued Costumers. Therefore, the return and refund option is not available.

Returns & Exchange
To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, NEXTO provides 3 days exchange policy for you. You can get the product exchanged within 3 days of product receipt.
Important: Exchanges will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused/ unwashed and with all the original accessories i.e., tags, labels.
NOTE: “As per International Standards Upto 1 Inch Difference In Specs is Tolerable”
If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, or the quality isn’t up to your demand, pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags. If the issue is at the company end, Company will send the rider to your doorstep and verify the issue. But if the mistake was done by the customer at the time of choosing the size, you will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided). Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).
